- CMBS™
COLLISION MITIGATION BRAKING SYSTEM™ (CMBS™) Helps you when there is a possibility that your vehicle may collide with another vehicle or pedestrian detected in front. CMBS™ is designed to signal when a potential collision may occur, which helps reduce vehicle speed to reduce the impact of an inevitable collision.
CMBS™ is designed to reduce the severity of inevitable collisions. This system does not prevent collisions or stop the vehicle automatically. It is still your responsibility to operate the brake pedal and steering wheel correctly according to driving conditions
2.LKAS
LANE KEEPING ASSIST SYSTEM (LKAS) Helps the steering to keep the vehicle in the detected lane and provides vibrations and visuals if it is detected to be leaving the lane.
LKAS is for your convenience only. This system is not a replacement for your vehicle controls. The system does not work if you remove your hands from the steering wheel or fail to steer the vehicle. It is still your responsibility to operate the brake pedal and steering wheel correctly according to driving conditions.
3.RDM
ROAD DEPARTURE MITIGATION SYSTEM (RDM) Protects and assists you when the system detects the possibility of your vehicle leaving the lane and/or leaving the road.
4.ACC
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC) WITH LOW-SPEED FOLLOW Helps maintain vehicle speed stability and regulates the distance behind the detected vehicle in front, and helps reduce speed and stop your vehicle, without having to step on the brake or gas if the detected vehicle stops.
5.AHB
Auto High-Beam Headlights functions to change the low beam and high beam automatically, and can be activated when driving above a speed of 40 km/hour with the headlight lever turned from OFF to the AUTO position. Meanwhile, the Adaptive Driving Beam feature automatically regulates the intensity and distribution of light to reduce glare from other drivers.
6.LCDN
LEAD-CAR DEPARTURE NOTIFICATION (LCDN) is the newest Honda Sensing™ feature which is available for the first time on the All New Honda BR-V. When stopped on the road and the vehicle in front starts moving, at a certain distance if you haven't started walking, this notification will help renmind you.
